Here are the complete Texas Real Estate Commission Standards of Practice that I will follow at a minimum, and will exceed this in areas where I am qualified to do so.

Qualifications as a Waco Home Inspector:

Over thirty years experience in residential construction and remodeling
Completion of a rigorous process to become a licensed professional inspector
Completion of a rigorous process to become an InterNachi certified member
Continuing education, training and independent research to stay informed about an industry that is in perpetual change
Personal honesty and integrity
